Returns & Cancellations

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you need to return and/or exchange your item(s), please let us know within 48 hours of purchase or delivery date and we will be glad to offer you an even merchandise or store credit. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOMIZED & HANDMADE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE & ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged.

 

DAMAGE ITEM(S):

If you receive a damage or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. Email us a picture of the damage/defective item(s) at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. After thorough observation, merchandise credit will be subject to approval.

 

***Please note that customers are responsible for ALL return/cancellation cost. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A REFUND.

 

NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
